Training and Conditioning

Here is a listing of all the entries pertaining to the horses and my physical training and conditioning program.

7/26:
Take resting pulse / respirations
Walking on lead 10 minutes to warm up
Take warm up pulse / respirations
Stretching 3 times each down, left, and right
"Sit-ups" 5 times
Trotting / Walking at liberty in arena 30 minutes
Take activity pulse / respirations
Walking on lead to cool down to warm up pulse and respirations - time the minutes
Rinse with hose to cool off.
Release to graze / dry
Put to "bed"
